We are looking for sample letters to send out to our vendors about some changes we’re making (mainly flipping our framework PO to blanket PO). Where can I find them on the site?


There are several vendor letter templates in the Resources section of AP & P2P Network. If you do not find one that matches your need exactly, we recommend selecting one closest to your purpose and modify it to suit your need.

You can find the various vendor letter templates under Resources > AP Accounting Forms and Checklists.
