Q. (cont.) We currently use Oracle iExpense, but would like to know how it compares to others, such as Concur.

A. We do not do software comparisons or evaluations. However, we have located a resource you may find helpful. G2 Crowd is a business software review platform that employs user reviews to provide software evaluation and comparison – for its ranking of 19 Expense software solutions, see: https://www.g2crowd.com/categories/expense-management.  

Another resource is Capterra – a free service assisting businesses find “the right software.” I believe vendors pay Capterra a finder fee when someone selects them.  See its list with ratings of expense software here:  http://www.capterra.com/expense-report-software/
