Do you offer a cell phone policy to help control cost in this area?

We have heard of companies controlling the cost of it in several different ways. Some have created corporate plans because of the volume of phones and minutes used so that they get a break on price and get to put their employees on a consistent plan and provider. In this case the phone is owned by the company and it is turned in if the employee is terminated. Generally, a couple of different minute plans are used depending on the employee’s position (e.g., sales versus admin.). Other companies allow employees to use their own plans but only reimburse for business calls and only up to a certain dollar limit. If the employee goes over the amount, then they may not be reimbursed beyond the maximum dollar limit.
