Do we need to request all new W-9s for the vendors they are using? My feeling is that we already have a valid W-9 and shouldn't need to request a new one. I just want to be sure I'm not missing something here.

This is a process that should be repeated by December 31 of every year as well, she stressed, to ensure you have the most current information and nothing has changed year over year.
